✅If your device shows <No Data network>, please follow the instruction below.

  1. Please make sure that the SIM card is properly seated
  2. Please restart the device by turning off the device completely off and back on again

✅It doesn’t work well even if you try to restart it, please follow the instruction below to check if it is a SIM card problem or a device problem.

  1. Put your current SIM card into another device
  2. Put another SIM card into your device

iPhone : Settings > General > VPN Galaxy: Settings > Connection > More Connection settings > VPN

VPN setting should be <Not connected> You may have data problem if there's any VPN profile.

Check if there are any old carrier profiles. And please delete profiles.
