- Please make sure that the SIM card is properly seated
- Please restart the device by turning off the device completely off and back on again

- Put your current SIM card into another device
- Put another SIM card into your device
- If the services work well on another device, your device might have a problem.
- Or if the services don't work on another device, that might mean the service line has a problem. Please contact our customer service team.
